We received Leo's 3rd batch of remedies and included was new pellets for his Clear, as well as 3 additional remedies. I discuss his glutamate reduction drops HERE.
Another important addition is a pellet called Secretin. There is some feedback from parents using homoeopathic secretin for at least two weeks and all report that their child is more voluble, in some instances this has included speech.
In addition small but noticeable behavioral improvements have been observed, and teachers have noticed improvements in interaction with both adults and children. In one case a mother noticed that her boy would now respect requests to pick up a toy he has discarded.
Secretin is a hormone that regulates water homeostasis throughout the body and influences the environment of the duodenum by regulating secretions in the stomach, pancreas, and liver. It is a peptide hormone produced in the S cells of the duodenum, which are located in the intestinal glands.
Secretin primarily functions to neutralize the pH in the duodenum, allowing digestive enzymes from the pancreas (e.g., pancreatic amylase and pancreatic lipase) to function optimally.
So it makes sense why Leo's treatments include this addition.
